Key Responsibilities

• Mine, clean, and model data from ERP, CRM, IoT, and marketing systems, scattered files, SharePoint, Access, and Excel
• Build interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) that tell a story and spark action.
• Run exploratory analyses and A/B tests to uncover trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Present findings to C-suite and non-technical teams with clear visual narratives.
• Automate data pipelines using SQL, Python/R, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Promote data literacy company-wide; mentor colleagues on best practices

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years in data analysis, BI, or data science.
• Fluency in SQL plus Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or R.
• Proven record delivering dashboards and analytics that drove measurable ROI.
• Strong data-storytelling & visualization chops.
• Solid statistics knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD for data projects.

Nice-to-Have

• Real estate, fintech, or PropTech experience.
• Geospatial analytics (PostGIS, QGIS).
• Big-data tooling (Spark, Databricks) and ML Ops.
