A leading electronics company seeks a Marketing Analyst to optimize campaigns through analytics and reporting. The role involves collaboration with vendors and developing insights from marketing performance metrics to drive strategic decisions. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
· Campaign Monitoring: Track and monitor the performance of direct marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
· Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
· Vendor Management: Collaborate with Emarsys and XCM to ensure the smooth execution and optimization of marketing communications.
· Performance Governance: Manage the performance of marketing channels by monitoring key indicators and ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
· Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses, including market size estimations and market share calculations, to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
o Experience with marketing platforms, especially Emarsys or similar tools, is a plus.
o Ability to write writing queries using tools such as MySQL, Google BigQuery, or similar platforms.
· Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify trends and draw actionable insights.
· Communication: Ability to present findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders and management.
· Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work across multiple teams and with external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking.
· Hands-on experience with reporting tools or building dashboards.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing marketing strategies.
