DAR AL RIYADH seeks a highly experienced Geotechnical Engineer to lead field investigations for dam projects across Saudi Arabia. You will supervise investigations, develop scopes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate soils, rocks, and groundwater conditions.

The role requires interpreting geotechnical data, preparing ground models, and reporting results to senior stakeholders, with emphasis on safety and quality in complex environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Geological or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 16 years of professional geotechnical experience.
Extensive experience with dams, reservoirs, and major infrastructure.
Experience interpreting maps, borehole data, and monitoring records.
Strong reporting and engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise geotechnical field investigations for dams.
Develop scopes covering boreholes, pits, surveys, and testing.
Review logs, test results and geotechnical reports.
Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater properties.
Develop ground models and assess hazards.
Prepare daily to annual technical reports.
