The Royal Commission for AlUla is seeking a Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance Manager to oversee compliance and risk management efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain cybersecurity controls, addressing vulnerabilities while leading the strategy to protect RCU assets. This role requires 8 years of experience and proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Job Purpose
Lead cybersecurity compliance and risk management to align RCUs mitigation efforts with standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with IT, Governance, Legal, and business stakeholders to address risks across technology platforms and business environments, implementing controls to safeguard RCU assets.
Functional Responsibilities
• Interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to specific issues.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and assess risk to RCU assets.
• Closely work with the IT Security function and monitor access to RCU high priority systems.
• Lead the process of checking for adherence to cyber security policies and standards.
• Help in ensuring that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Review cybersecurity risk and compliance framework in order to ensure the effective implementation of cybersecurity measures.
• Lead, defining, implementing, and overseeing the enterprise cybersecurity risk and compliance management strategy.
• Lead the communication of information related to threats and vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

• Support in defining, implementing, and overseeing the enterprise cybersecurity risk and compliance management strategy
• Contribute to developing and continuously reviewing the necessary cybersecurity risk and compliance framework in

• Contribute to the process of conducting periodic audits of projects, applications, and infrastructure environments
• Work closely with the IT Security function and monitor access to RCU high priority systems and ensure authorized access
• Participate in establishing a process for receiving, documenting, tracking, all risk and compliance issues
Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
