Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Primary Purpose of the Job: Responsible for the technical execution & delivery of a range of lifecycle OT & IT Cybersecurity solutions and services for our external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the technical execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions to clients.
2. Manage the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, conducting site visits to maintain the cybersecurity solution.
3. Provide cybersecurity training and consult on cybersecurity matters as needed.
4. Ensure that the necessary cybersecurity infrastructure is in place to support Schneider Electric applications.
5. Gather and define requirements for cybersecurity projects.
6. Identify and discuss new Cybersecurity opportunities with customers and Account Managers.
7. Lead and manage cybersecurity projects for OT systems and networks, including planning, execution, and delivery.
8. Develop and implement cybersecurity controls and safeguards to protect OT systems and networks.
9. Assess and analyze the cybersecurity posture of OT systems and networks, identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and recommending remediation measures.
10. Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments on OT systems and networks.
11. Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines for OT systems and networks.
12. Provide expert guidance and consulting on OT cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
13. Assist with the design, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls for OT systems and networks.
14. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the integration of cybersecurity into OT projects and operations.
15. Keep up to date with the latest OT cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
16. Develop and deliver OT cybersecurity training to Customers and other team members.
17. Respond to cybersecurity incidents and provide guidance on remediation efforts.
18. Lead Cybersecurity factory and site Acceptance testing (FAT/SAT).
19. Create and present technical documentation as needed (FDS, DDS, FAT, MOS, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in OT Industrial Control System which may include one or more of the following technologies: DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Data Historians including OSI PI, EDNA, Wonderware.
2. An understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks (e.g., NIST, NCSC, ISO 270001, COBIT) and ICS protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS).
3. Excellent Consultancy, Communication & Analytical skills.
4. Effective stakeholder management, time management and organizational skills.
5. Fluent English (fluency in another language also an advantage).
6. 3+ years’ experience in networks.
7. 5+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based firewalls, preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or another top-tier product.
8. 5+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based Intrusion Detection products.
9. 5+ years advanced systems administration (Windows Active Directory).
10. 5+ years of experience in implementing End-Point security solutions and EDR (Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, Whitelisting).
11. 5+ years of experience in implementing system backup solutions.
12. 5+ years of experience in implementing patch management solutions.
13. 3+ years in scripting skills and programming language (python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
