Elm is seeking a Consultant to lead and support cybersecurity activities, assess risks, strengthen controls, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to protect information assets and services.

The role contributes to Elm’s maturity in cybersecurity by aligning with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while supporting ongoing improvements and secure operations across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, governance, or related fields are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead cybersecurity governance activities to ensure alignment with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for systems, services, processes and initiatives.
• Identify risks, control gaps, threats and vulnerabilities; recommend mitigations and monitor remediation.
• Assess effectiveness of controls and validate alignment with internal requirements.
• Support compliance activities and collect evidence for regulatory updates and findings.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to business and technical teams within scope; review requirements for secure implementation.
