Job Description

The Cybersecurity Business Director will be responsible for:

• Full P&L management of the Cybersecurity business
• Driving revenue growth and profitability
• Strengthening and expanding partnerships with key global vendors
• Identify new business development opportunities, and leading presales and business development efforts
• Ensuring successful delivery of Cybersecurity projects
• Leading the team and building Cybersecurity capability across the business through technical upskilling,
  certifications, and practice development
• Working closely with HR and L&D to attract, retain, and grow talent in a highly competitive market

The Successful Applicant

The Cybersecurity Business Director will be/have:

• 15+ years of overall experience in Cybersecurity and IT Services, with a strong blend of technical and business leadership
• Proven track record in managing P&L, driving presales activities, and leading go-to-market strategies
• Deep understanding of Cybersecurity products & services - especially in cloud and hybrid environments
• Experience working for system integrators, service providers, or large IT consultancies
• Strong relations with global cybersecurity vendors
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive change, motivate teams, and work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Relevant Cybersecurity certifications
• Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
• Ideally a Saudi national
