The Job in a Nutshell

The Cybersecurity operations lead will be responsible for the Cyber Security operations including governing SOC operations, Management of Cyber Security Controls, and adherence to technical requirements of Cyber Security from SAMA and NCA.

What you will do

• Develop and implement cybersecurity operations policies, process, and procedures adhering to SAMA, NCA and other regulators and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend investments to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities across the IT infrastructure.
• Manage and operate CS related controls such as Vulnerability Management tool, EDR, Mail Gateway.
• Manage SOC operations and enhance visibility, productivity and effectiveness.
• Fine-tune and develop SOC use cases to maximize effectiveness of CS operations and monitoring.

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in cyber security Operations especially SOC.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, Cysa+, CSA is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey regulatory and CS requirements to stakeholders
