Summary:

Are you passionate about customer experience and corporate excellence? We are looking for an individual to join our team as a CX and Corporate Excellence Policy Implementation Officer ( Tamheer) . In this role, you will play a key part in implementing policies and strategies to enhance our customer experience and corporate excellence initiatives.

What Are Your Duties?

  • Develop and implement customer experience policies and strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate excellence goals.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and corporate processes.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to measure the effectiveness of implemented policies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in customer experience and corporate excellence practices.
  • Represent the company in community engagement activities to promote corporate social responsibility initiative
