A leading company in logistics seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in customs logistics in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will manage international shipments, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle all related documentation. Fluent Arabic and English speakers with strong organizational skills and experience in procurement are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Required)
Education: Degree or diploma in customs logistics or related field (Required)
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities:
International Shipments & Customs:
️ Manage import shipments arriving at airports and seaports, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
️Handle documentation and recovery of customs duties through efficient processes.
️Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
️Use platforms such as Fasah, SABER, and ZATCA to handle all regulatory processes.
️Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
️Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of quality materials.
️Build strong supplier relationships and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
️Manage internal requests for supplies via Google Forms.
️Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure timely delivery to offices and operational centers.
️Verify vendor invoices and match them with POs and delivery notes.
Delivery & Asset Management:
️Oversee supplier deliveries to various locations.
️Manage and update inventory of assets across departments.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, customs clearance, or logistics coordination.
Strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and logistics platforms (Fasah, SABER, ZATCA).
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
