At Incision, our Customer Success team is essential to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in the entire customer journey—from onboarding and training new customers to relationship management, ensuring optimal usage and
retention of our products.

Your role

  1. Lead onboarding of new hospitals and medical educational institutions to our:

    • Online learning platform

    • On-the-job protocol support application

  2. Oversee the full implementation process, from initial briefing to full delivery

  3. Ensure optimal product usage by targeted users at customer sites

  4. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including:

    • Medical staff on the workfloor

    • Hospital leadership and C-suite executives

  5. Align organizational needs with our solutions, ensuring successful adoption

  6. Manage complex implementations while maintaining a structured and strategic approach

  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships within hospital organizations

  8. Contribute to impactful projects, with opportunities for professional growth and influence


What You Bring

  1. 2–5 years of experience in implementing projects and deploying solutions to end-users in the healthcare space

  2. Medical background is essential

  3. Strong project management mindset with a passion for overseeing successful, on-time rollouts

  4. Experience in developing best practices and creative solutions based on customer needs

  5. Customer-focused with enthusiasm for regular interactions, both onsite and remote

  6. Willingness to travel as needed

  7. Self-motivated and results-driven, always looking for opportunities to increase product usage and customer value

  8. Passionate about education and healthcare innovation, eager to contribute to cutting-edge solutions

  9. Flexible and adaptable, with a creative mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
