Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of combined education and work experience.
  • Experience in BIM, VDC, or Construction Technology roles is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic and very good proficiency in English.

About the Opportunity

The Customer Success Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients across their region, primarily aiming to enhance the utilization of Revizto among existing clients and onboard new customers using industry expertise. The role involves CS engagement across a range of Revizto’s Enterprise customers and includes implementation of Revizto in various industry workflows, including training and documenting processes for each client. Key responsibilities include ensuring user adoption, process consulting and documentation, and providing technical support. The position, covering the Middle East and Africa territory, demands high levels of autonomy and critical decision-making skills. Reporting to the Customer Success Director for EMEA, this role collaborates closely with the Revizto development team to advance the application, leveraging collective industry knowledge and customer feedback to refine our construction and design collaboration solution.

Where You Will Make a Difference

  • Work with new and existing clients and implement best Customer Success practices to ensure efficient onboarding and adoption of Revizto's across their projects
  • Partner with Account Managers to manage client relationships, engage on new opportunities during the pre-sales phase and drive client renewal processes for all assigned clients
  • Provide technical support when required and liaise with the Support Team to address and resolve client issues effectively
  • Leverage your expertise to improve existing internal documentation as well as client-facing materials as needed
  • Deliver technical presentations at industry events, webinars, and e-learning courses
  • Be prepared to travel approximately 30% of the time

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 7 years of combined education and work experience, including at least 2 years in BIM, VDC, or Construction Technology roles, with a preference for backgrounds in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Experience with Enterprise SAAS client engagements in a Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management capacity
  • Proficiency in industry-relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Arabic, very good professional proficiency in English
  • Capability to adapt and enhance digital workflows for the AEC industry across various scopes
  • Deep understanding of the local market
  • Ability to tailor communication and strategy to meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Strong motivation to continuously learn about industry technology to contribute to ongoing development
