What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives.

Monitor daily operations and ensure KPIs are achieved.

Provide coaching and development to enhance team performance.

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure swift resolutions.

Optimise processes for efficiency and service quality.

Prepare and present performance reports to management.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, with 1+ years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM and WFM tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.
