*Responsibilities:*
- Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and answer phone calls
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
- Coordinate with doctors and support staff for smooth clinic operations
*Requirements:*
- Previous minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills in *Arabic and English*
- Knowledge of MS Office and clinic management software
