About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to support client operations in the logistics and shipping sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client documentation, processing service requests, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify client documents, job requests, and service inquiries.
  • Prepare and update job orders using the in-house Management System.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, shipping lines, and third-party suppliers.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Issue service invoices and ensure proper archiving of documentation after service completion.
