Person Profile : Targeted Skills & Capabilities

We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused individual to join our Operations Team in our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and have a proven track record of success in logistics and customer service.

The position is responsible for :

Transportation & Shipment Coordination :

  • Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments (road, air, sea)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, delivery notes)
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues.

Inventory & Warehouse Management :

  • Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage and order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
  • Address and resolve logistics-related customer complaints or inquiries.

Documentation & Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations (domestic & international).
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery confirmations.
  • Assist with import / export documentation and customs clearance.

Expected Qualification / Education :

Work Experience :

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
