Person Profile: Targeted Skills & Capabilities



We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused individual
to join our Operations Team in our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will thrive
in a fast paced environment and have a proven track record of success in logistics
and customer service.

The position is responsible for:



Transportation & Shipment Coordination:



Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments (road, air, sea)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely
deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, customs
paperwork, delivery notes)
Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:



Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage and order fulfillment.
Customer & Vendor Relations:
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
Address and resolve logistics-related customer complaints or inquiries.

Documentation & Compliance:



Ensure compliance with shipping regulations (domestic & international).
Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery confirmations.
Assist with import/export documentation and customs clearance.

Expected Qualification/Education:



Bachelors Degree

Work Experience:



A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
