Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer | CT & MI |(Saudization). This position will be based in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

Your role:
  1. Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all products within your area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision.
  2. Execute all service activities assigned to you, coordinated via the Customer Care Center, appropriately and efficiently.
  3. Report to the Customer Care Center Manager for operational matters (Matrix Organization).
  4. Responsible for detailed functions as described below, aligned with individual targets and performance parameters.
  5. Support the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all related activities within your responsibility.
  6. Escalate incidents according to defined parameters and inform the Customer Care Center of all escalation issues.
  7. Inform Uptime Service Center of all escalation issues.
  8. Report customer complaints with proper documentation to the CCC.
  9. Ensure proper use of tools & test equipment and report usage in service reports.
  10. Comply with national and local regulations, safety standards, and Siemens Healthcare guidelines.
  11. Maintain high customer satisfaction within Siemens Healthcare Customer Services.
  12. Perform all responsibilities cost-effectively, considering profitability.
Your expertise:
  1. Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related fields.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Fluent in English & Arabic (speaking, writing, reading).
  5. Analytical, precise, pragmatic, enthusiastic, result-oriented, with commercial awareness.
  6. Flexible to travel across the kingdom.
  7. Based in Abha or willing to relocate.
