Job Overview

The CRM Analyst is responsible for enhancing client acquisition, engagement, and retention across Starlinks' B2B vertical through strategic use of CRM systems and data insights. This role focuses on optimizing CRM tools to improve sales enablement, drive pipeline velocity, and support targeted outreach in key industries. The Specialist will ensure CRM systems are fully integrated, maintained, and leveraged to support account-based selling, relationship management, and client lifecycle tracking. This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and IT to align CRM capabilities with business development goals in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Enablement

  • Build B2B-specific lead scoring models to prioritize enterprise-level and high-value leads.
  • Forecast pipeline health using CRM analytics, highlighting delayed or inactive B2B opportunities.
  • Automate workflows such as RFP follow-ups, stakeholder engagement reminders, and post-demo feedback.
  • Design CRM-based sales playbooks with scripts and templates for B2B prospecting and objection handling.

CRM Optimization & Data Governance

  • Integrate CRM with B2B marketing tools, ERP systems, and client onboarding platforms.
  • Conduct quarterly data audits to eliminate duplicates and maintain accurate company and contact records.
  • Develop API-based workflows for real-time updates from B2B inquiry forms and LinkedIn leads.
  • Manage access controls by region, account size, or sales role to protect strategic account data.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Map the B2B customer journey from inquiry to renewal and align CRM engagement touchpoints.
  • Segment B2B clients based on industry, business size, and purchasing behavior for targeted campaigns.
  • Track account lifetime value and support initiatives for top client retention and reactivation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to track UTM sources and campaign ROI for industry-specific outreach.
  • Coordinate with IT to resolve CRM integration or sync issues affecting B2B reporting accuracy.
  • Share client insights from CRM with service delivery teams to preempt issues and support retention.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards tailored for B2B sales metrics (e.g., sales cycle length, decision-maker engagement).
  • Use CRM data to identify seasonal B2B trends and signal client risk indicators.
  • Run A/B testing on outreach sequences, email templates, and landing pages to refine B2B messaging.

Training & Adoption

  • Onboard new B2B sales reps with tailored CRM training, dashboards, and contact management practices.
  • Boost CRM engagement via gamified usage tracking, contests, and recognition for full data entry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM management or B2B sales enablement, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proven experience in supporting complex B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with integration of CRM tools with ERP systems and marketing automation platforms.
