Job DescriptionAs a Customer Project Manager at Nokia's Cloud and Network Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative network and cloud solutions to our enterprise customers. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving projects from planning to completion while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. In this dynamic environment, your leadership will foster collaboration among diverse teams and enhance customer relationships, contributing to overall business growth. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting, where agility and adaptability are crucial. By leveraging your technical background and project management expertise, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate risks, and lead your team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our newly formed business group as we navigate the evolution towards cloud-based solutions and network-as-a-service models.
Responsibilities- Ensure successful project delivery of Nokia products/services, adhering to contract scope and operational methodologies.
- Maintain and update project plans while managing changes to cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
- Oversee financial forecasting, manage risks, and identify opportunities for contract expansion to enhance profitability.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, addressing complaints and evolving requirements with effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia's operational guidelines, customizing processes for seamless handovers between teams.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, driving continuous improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead project teams, applying best practices, and integrating lessons learned into future initiatives.
- Conduct post-project analyses and facilitate smooth transitions upon project completion.
QualificationsYou have:- Background in Computer or Telecom engineering
- 4-6 years of relevant experience managing telecom/IT projects
- Strong accountability and independent decision-making abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration
- Proficiency in budget management and financial forecasting
It would be nice if you also had:- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI/PMP)
- MBA
- Experience in change management and risk mitigation
