Ms. Môh Bakery is growing, and we’re looking for a talented and organized team member to help us manage and elevate the customer order process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative environment where communication and precision matter.

About the Role

As a Customer Orders Coordinator, you will:

• Manage customer communication and orders via WhatsApp Business, phone, and email

• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure order accuracy

• Prepare visual content (graphics, confirmations, etc.) — basic graphic design skills required

• Organize and track orders using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Support administrative tasks, petty cash tracking, and basic reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, admin, or customer service

• Background in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred

• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English (written & spoken)

• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word & Excel, and WhatsApp Business

• Skilled in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

• Tech-savvy, fast learner, and detail-oriented

• Photography skills are a plus

This is a full-time role with flexibility for day and night shifts.
