What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will drive adoption and utilization of Cisco technologies within customer organizations, leading to value realization and growth. You will be the primary CX contact, understanding customer business and technical objectives, developing strategies, and ensuring customer outcomes. Engaging with both executives and technical teams, you will:

  1. Drive adoption of software and services, ensuring successful renewals and growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and technical teams.
  3. Advocate for customer needs within Cisco to ensure high-quality experience.
  4. Manage financials including services revenue and margins, making strategic decisions.
  5. Build and execute Technical Adoption and Customer Plans aligned with customer goals.
Who You'll Work With

You will collaborate with Customer Technical and Operational Leaders, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, Renewals, Partners, Sales, and Solution Architects to drive value and growth.

Who You Are

You are a strategic problem solver with a strong background in customer success and technology adoption. You have excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience in financial and strategic investment decisions. Fluency in Arabic is required. You should have:

  • At least 8 years of proven experience; CCIE preferred or a strong technical understanding.
  • Knowledge of a technology architecture.
  • Experience in customer adoption and project delivery.
  • Strong senior relationship management skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional team coordination.
  • Financial and adoption forecasting experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
