You will be the primary CX contact, understanding customer business and technical objectives, developing strategies, and ensuring customer outcomes. You will collaborate with Customer Technical and Operational Leaders, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, Renewals, Partners, Sales, and Solution Architects to drive value and growth.
You are a strategic problem solver with a strong background in customer success and technology adoption. You have excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience in financial and strategic investment decisions. Fluency in Arabic is required. You should have:
