Job Responsibilities:
Location: Few positions are based out of New Delhi; applications are invited from Delhi-based candidates. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for completing defined processes and procedures within deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Identify anomalies and resolve them using judgment based on rules and procedures. Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
