About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Culture Manager to join the Human Capital Department at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel.

This role is pivotal in shaping and sustaining a positive, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Jumeirah Group’s values. You will lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, support learning and development efforts, and ensure seamless human capital experience across hotel operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Champion and drive a strong workplace culture that reflects Jumeirah’s values and brand promise.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
  3. Provide strategic direction and oversight into the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  4. Oversee the execution and integration of Learning & Development programs to promote professional growth and leadership development across departments.
  5. Supervise the operational effectiveness of human capital functions, ensuring alignment between business needs and people practices.
  6. Partner with department heads to ensure cultural values are reflected in daily operations and service delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential

  1. College graduate, preferably with a post-secondary qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. Advanced, formal qualification in a training and development related field
  3. UAE/Middle East experience

Desired:

  1. Preferred to be experienced in the KSA Saudi Market.
  2. Membership in a professional HR or organizational development body (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
