Job Description

As a Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting CUBIC's innovative products and solutions to prospective and existing accounts within the EMEA META region (Middle East and Africa). Your goal is to build long-term relationships and drive sustainable business growth, including the integration of all Rockwell Automation's offerings.

You will report to the EMEA CUBIC Sales Director.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets for CUBIC products & solutions and meet revenue goals using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  2. Negotiate and close opportunities, working closely with the broader Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  3. Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipelines for CUBIC pursuits.
  4. Contribute to customer proposals and information requests.
  5. Utilize global sales and marketing resources for opportunity identification and access.
  6. Act as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales teams, and your department to ensure effective communication.
  7. Translate technical terms into accessible language and manage expectations internally and externally.
  8. Provide regular status reports on forecast, pipeline, and activities to sales management.
  9. Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly in CRM to meet performance goals.
  10. Enhance business and financial knowledge of offerings and their impact on potential sales.
  11. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  12. Explore new market opportunities, including Data Centers, Water, Energy, and Industry sectors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales, direct sales, or consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with similar roles in the sector is advantageous.
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written).
  • Ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to set and be accountable for challenging targets.
  • Influencing, coaching, and motivating abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven business track record and experience with high-level clients.
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies.
  • Driving license.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Low Voltage Switchboards.
  • Educational background in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, manufacturing IT, or related fields.
