The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious engineer to join our fast-growing team responsible for promoting after-sales services to our existing Atlas Copco customers.

Mission

To develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with current customers in your territory, expand the customer portfolio through prospecting and identifying new opportunities, and ensure the delivery of excellent after-sales service.

Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve business targets, effectively managing personal time and productivity.

Understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and maintain regular contact with all customers.

  • Work on assigned leads, analyze the installed base and customer data, and generate proposals for sales of CTS spare parts and service products.
  • Coordinate with colleagues handling field aftermarket sales to ensure sales are achieved and high customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Upsell products and services, conduct telesales, mail campaigns, research, and generate new leads for CTS products.
  • Maximize revenue and profitability of the service business across the territory by promoting sales of compressor technique service products to both new and existing customers, in line with business plans.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

What we expect from you?

Experience requirements

  • Experience in sales or marketing of industrial products is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the compressed air market or products is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an institute approved by the Saudi Engineers Council.

Personality requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency with digital tools.
  • Skill in solution selling and developing new or difficult markets.
