Job Purpose
To lead and drive Panda Retail Company’s CSR, sustainability, and employee engagement efforts in alignment with the company’s purpose, values, and Saudi Vision 2030. This role is responsible for designing and executing impactful programs that strengthen Panda’s social contributions while fostering a meaningful, engaging, and purpose-driven workplace culture.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage the annual CSR & Sustainability calendar (including employee engagement initiatives), ensuring alignment with company strategy and Vision 2030.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders (example: charities, government entities, and NGOs) to amplify Panda’s social impact.
- Oversee the implementation of sustainability projects across Panda operations.
- Oversee sustainability reporting by coordinating structured data collection and collaborating with relevant departments.
- Design company-wide employee engagement strategies that promote purpose, belonging, and motivation.
- Plan and manage wellness programs and activations across the organization.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to CSR, sustainability, and employee engagement to senior leadership.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and based on historical spend analysis.
- Maintain a centralized hub of all CSR, sustainability, and employee engagement initiatives to support ESG disclosures, board-level reporting, and group sustainability reports (e.g., Savola).
Qualifications
BA or master’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or communications
Experience
8+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or organizational change field.
