Develop, promote, and communicate Retal's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Grow the initiative into a global program that supports employee engagement and strengthens the employee value proposition. Ensure that the program enhances the company's overall reputation while bridging community and business goals to drive impact and gain external visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development, management, and modification of social responsibility policies.
2. Increase public awareness of the company's social responsibility commitments through marketing.
3. Reiterate the company’s social responsibility policies through internal communication.
4. Reach out to the public via public relations and marketing to convey the company’s commitment to social responsibility.
5. Conduct research into best practices.
6. Foster connections between the company and other organizations.
7. Ensure policies fulfill legal and commercial requirements.
8. Report on social responsibility activities to top management.
9. Collaborate with the marketing department on branding ideas.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Responsibility, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
