We are seeking a Crowd Management Expert for our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The position is based in the Middle East and offers exciting challenges and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Review the Bus Operator's crowd management plan.
2. Review and evaluate design documents related to projected traffic and dispatch facilities for pedestrians and bus passengers.
3. Assess management documents concerning pedestrian traffic control, guidance, information systems, and analyses of pedestrian traffic volumes and crowds.
4. Crosscheck capacity calculations and ensure the quality and security of traffic facilities for pedestrians.
5. Supervise the arrangement, dimensioning, and implementation of traffic facilities for pedestrians.
6. Liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 14 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the transportation sector.
2. Experience with public transportation operations and crowd management.
3. Preferably regional and international expertise, with at least 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
4. Experience working with ministries, government agencies, and public & private stakeholders in the Middle East.
5. Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) is preferred; English skills are also required.
6. Preference will be given to Muslim applicants due to the location in the Haram zone of Makkah.
7. Full computer literacy.
8. Excellent personal administration skills, including minute-taking, conducting presentations, and meeting deadlines.
9. Valid driving license to access sites and attend technical meetings.
