* We're specifically looking for a Cross-Initiatives Manager who is already based in Saudi Arabia or Dubai. We are also seeking candidates who are comfortable joining as a 1099 independent contractor (or possesses your own LLC), without benefits.

The Cross-Initiatives Manager will drive the successful execution of global programs across multiple business streams, including Sustainability & HSE, Mining Industry Digital Platforms, Industrial Asset Management, Spare Parts Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial Robotics & EMobility, Smart Cities, and Digital Business Services. This strategic leadership role will focus on portfolio alignment, prioritization, governance, and value realization, ensuring that all programs drive measurable business impact and are aligned with corporate goals.
As a Cross-Initiatives Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Aligning programs and projects to strategic goals using OKRs, balanced scorecards, and roadmaps to drive portfolio performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact to ensure effective resource allocation and delivery.
- Leading end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and escalations.
- Establishing and maintaining standardized project management tools, templates, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Tracking KPIs and business metrics to measure value realization, including cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency gains.
- Developing executive-ready dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership decisions.
- Facilitating investment and prioritization discussions with stakeholders, backed by robust ROI analysis.
- Overseeing PMO governance, risk management, and process consistency to ensure delivery excellence.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing PMO team to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote innovation.
