Job Summary:


We are looking for a CRM Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to drive the development and delivery of CRM solutions within the banking sector. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of banking processes such as loan management, customer onboarding, complaint handling, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead a team of CRM developers in designing, building, and delivering banking-focused CRM solutions.
  2. Translate business needs into technical specifications, especially in areas like customer relationship management, complaints handling, and loan lifecycle management.
  3. Architect and implement CRM solutions integrated with core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party applications.
  4. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security, and audit standards in all CRM customizations and implementations.
  5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple CRM projects.
  6. Conduct sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews; ensure timely issue resolution and task completion.
  7. Guide the implementation of workflows, plug-ins, dashboards, and reports that serve banking operations and customer service.
  8. Coordinate UAT sessions, deployment activities, and end-user training.
  9. Maintain CRM system health, manage upgrades, and oversee performance tuning.
  10. Serve as the main technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners in the banking sector.
