Job Summary :

We are seeking a CRM Technical Team Lead with extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to spearhead the development and delivery of CRM solutions tailored for the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of banking processes such as loan management, customer onboarding, complaint handling, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead a team of CRM developers in designing, building, and deploying banking-specific CRM solutions.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, focusing on customer relationship management, complaints handling, and loan lifecycle management.
  3. Architect and implement CRM solutions integrated with core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party applications.
  4. Ensure all CRM customizations and implementations comply with banking regulations, data security standards, and audit requirements.
  5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple CRM initiatives.
  6. Conduct sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews; facilitate timely issue resolution and task completion.
  7. Oversee the implementation of workflows, plug-ins, dashboards, and reports to support banking operations and customer service.
  8. Coordinate UAT sessions, deployment activities, and end-user training sessions.
  9. Maintain CRM system health, oversee upgrades, and optimize performance.
  10. Serve as the primary technical liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners within the banking industry.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and team leadership roles.
  • Experience in delivering CRM solutions for financial institutions or banks.
  • Deep understanding of banking workflows such as loan origination, KYC, customer servicing, and issue resolution.
  • Proven expertise in :
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages
  • .NET (C#, MVC), JavaScript, REST APIs
  • CRM integrations with banking platforms
  • Data migration, security modeling, and performance tuning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
