POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management strategies in KSA. This role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will develop and execute personalized campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

  1. Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and sales.
  2. Manage customer data, segmentation, and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.
  3. Design and execute personalized communication campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  6. Ensure CRM tools and technologies are effectively integrated and utilized.
  7. Lead A/B testing and customer journey mapping to enhance user experience.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging CRM trends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or customer engagement strategies.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  4. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Data-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
  7. Experience in the KSA market is a plus.
  8. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
