Job Purpose: Maintain compliance with regulations and policies, and eliminate controllable delays affecting OTP within the department's scope. Review and control the execution of published crew rosters to ensure operational efficiency and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Functional:

  • Protect On-Time Performance by implementing strategic improvements.
  • Review and calibrate published crew pairings and rosters to enhance crew productivity targets.
  • Exercise independence in routine task decisions and completions.
  • Lead preparations and execution during audit activities.
  • Review and monitor crew standby capacity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-departmental relationships.

Operational:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Review and update manuals, e.g., OPM, OM-A relevant chapters.
  • Audit crew management system rules, settings, and application contents.
  • Report delays and issues, and document corrective actions.
  • Promote a safety culture.
