We’re looking for a Creator Solutions Partnerships Lead to join Snap Inc! Sitting on the Content Partnerships team, this role will have a material impact on growing Snap’s creator and brand ecosystem in the region. The regional partner lead will identify creator agencies and discovery platform partners in the MENA region to help Snapchat accelerate revenue through sponsored content and boosted collaborations, managing multiple workstreams and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.

What you’ll do:
  1. Deeply understand Snap’s creator and monetization products and their implementations.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for Snap’s Creator Agency partners, working with local agency teams to manage the Advanced Partner Program.
  3. Identify new partnership opportunities aligning with product and business goals, developing, finalizing, and managing these partnerships.
  4. Represent Snap at industry events, develop narratives and presentations, host events with partners, and collaborate internally to identify relevant industry participation.
  5. Evaluate partner goals to analyze and present mutually beneficial opportunities, aiming to build long-term relationships.
  6. Work with partners’ sales, accounts, and marketing teams to understand and promote Snap’s monetization and creator products to drive revenue growth.
  7. Solicit continuous feedback from partners to inform product and business decisions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise in creator marketing and partnerships.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships with large Creator Agencies in the region.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong partner management and analytical skills, capable of creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and market research for strategic decision-making.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to initiate and complete projects independently.
  • Deep understanding of the local brand and creator ecosystem, including regional creator agencies and platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in creator marketing/partnerships, focusing on business development and partner management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of working closely with creators, agencies, and social platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-drive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Snap Inc. products.
