Are you a creative marketing producer with a passion for mobile games and performance-driven campaigns?

We’re working with a leading game development studio focused on building high-quality mobile titles for international audiences. Backed by a team of global experts, the studio is growing its creative marketing function and looking for a Creative Marketing Producer to help shape the next wave of engaging, high-performing user acquisition content.

What you'll be doing...

  • Deliver standout UA creatives (videos, playables, statics) for casual and strategic mobile games
  • Analyse creative performance metrics and iterate for growth and engagement
  • Lead end-to-end creative workflows - from briefing and scripting through to delivery
  • Collaborate with freelance creatives, agencies, and production teams to meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Use competitor research and market insights to develop creative strategies that stand out
  • Maintain creative production documentation, guidelines, and processes to support long-term scalability

What we’re looking for...

  • 4+ years experience in creative marketing within the gaming or mobile space
  • Proven track record of producing high-performing UA creatives
  • Strong experience managing external creative partners and production pipelines
  • Ability to use performance data and market research to shape creative decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Creative instincts backed by analytical thinking
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of mobile player behaviour
  • Bonus: Experience with Unity/Unreal, game engine tools, or creative production software
