Job description

Role purpose

To lead creative strategy, visual identity, and content development across all Kun Sports branding and marketing assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of all creative content for digital, print, and environmental branding across the company.
  • Manage a team of graphic designers, videographers, and content creators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Develop and maintain Kun Sports’ visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, fitness, HR, and operations teams to deliver visuals aligned with campaign goals and business needs.
  • Review and approve creative briefs, storyboards, drafts, and final outputs from internal and external creators.
  • Coordinate with agencies, photographers, printers, and freelancers to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee content planning and asset management for campaigns, events, branch openings, and digital engagement.
  • Analyze performance of creative assets (CTR, reach, engagement, conversions) and iterate on best-performing formats.
  • Develop creative concepts for high-visibility campaigns and activations, contributing strategically and artistically.
  • Manage creative budget and sourcing of tools/licenses (e.g., stock photography, design platforms, motion templates).

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE

Experience & qualifications

Knowledge & skills

  • Ability to translate marketing and business needs into engaging visual stories.
