Role purpose
To lead creative strategy, visual identity, and content development across all Kun Sports branding and marketing assets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Lead the development and execution of all creative content for digital, print, and environmental branding across the company.
- Manage a team of graphic designers, videographers, and content creators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Develop and maintain Kun Sports’ visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing, fitness, HR, and operations teams to deliver visuals aligned with campaign goals and business needs.
- Review and approve creative briefs, storyboards, drafts, and final outputs from internal and external creators.
- Coordinate with agencies, photographers, printers, and freelancers to support campaigns and product launches.
- Oversee content planning and asset management for campaigns, events, branch openings, and digital engagement.
- Analyze performance of creative assets (CTR, reach, engagement, conversions) and iterate on best-performing formats.
- Develop creative concepts for high-visibility campaigns and activations, contributing strategically and artistically.
- Manage creative budget and sourcing of tools/licenses (e.g., stock photography, design platforms, motion templates).
REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE
Experience & qualifications
- 6–8 years in graphic design, advertising, or brand creative roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrates diverse work across print, digital, and video formats.
Knowledge & skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong sense of branding, typography, layout, and motion graphics.
- Creative direction, project management, and team leadership.
- Ability to translate marketing and business needs into engaging visual stories.
