Job summary

VOZ Music Production in Riyadh seeks a highly creative Creative Lead to steer innovative concepts across music, branding, content, and multimedia projects. You will translate ideas into impactful experiences while guiding cross-functional teams and upholding top quality and originality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative leadership role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

VOZ is looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Lead to lead and oversee the development of innovative concepts and creative executions across music, branding, content, and multimedia projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating ideas into impactful creative experiences while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and originality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, Music, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in branding, content production, advertising, or the creative industry is highly preferred.
