What You'll Do :

• Craft compelling content: develop engaging video, motion graphics, photography, and graphic design that captures audiences across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Own your work: be accountable for the effectiveness of your content, ensuring it aligns with our marketing and business objectives.
• Collaborate & deliver: work closely with marketing and social media teams to bring ideas to life. You'll present concepts, manage feedback, and deliver high-quality final products.
• Stay ahead of the curve: your creative vision will be crucial in generating fresh content ideas for various platforms, keeping us aligned with our annual marketing plan and content strategy.

What We're Looking For :

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility.
• Creative & strategic thinker: you possess excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, blending creativity with strategic planning.
• Design mastery: you're proficient in graphic design fundamentals.
• Bonus points: experience in animation software, a basic understanding of finance / investing, and management experience are all welcome additions.
