Job description

A leading Multi-National Telco business is currently looking for a Country Training Manager for their Khobar operations.

Responsible to manage, prepare and implement L&D engagements. Designs and develops customized instructional materials for all training coursework and module solutions (e-Learning, webinars, instructor-led, blended etc.) into rapid Learning. Selects and modifies existing instructional materials. Applies evaluation techniques, tests and assesses results of training courses. Conducts assessments and collaborates with SME to design material and content for live sessions and works with E-Learning Specialist for online material.

Language Requirements

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
English - Fluent / Excellent

Requirements
  1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an L&D department, preferably in a renowned corporation or in a training center.
  2. Good understanding of Sales processes and Operating models.
  3. Fluent in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  4. Good understanding of the Telecom business.
  5. Good capacity to deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  6. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 AED/month
