Responsibilities
- Encourage team members to develop and maintain good working relationships with designated users and contractors.
- Enhance coordination with the Proposals Department to ensure timely submission of quotations in accordance with company policies.
- Supervise Sales Engineers in their follow-up with contractors for all allocated quotations.
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals and selling products with team members.
- Review and evaluate sales visits to customers and end-users to ensure requirements are met to their satisfaction.
- Review sales results with the Area Sales Manager monthly and report actions to rectify any adverse variances.
- Review and supervise weekly sales visit reports to update and discuss future actions with team members.
- Regularly review all CRM data.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure all customers are treated professionally and are satisfied with the sales services.
- Attend to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Supervise sales engineers’ follow-up with customers on quoted jobs and provide feedback.
Leadership
- Lead all sales team members to achieve company objectives.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate all team members.
HSE
- Promote awareness of HSE policies and procedures among all team members.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Preferred Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Job-Specific Skills: Excellent communication and organization skills, good negotiating skills, proficient in computer skills, leadership qualities, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Competencies and Skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
