Job description

Our client is a leading provider of temporary power and cooling rental equipment to the oil and gas, construction, and utilities industries. Due to expansion across the region, they are seeking an experienced Country Manager to oversee their Saudi operation.

Location: Based in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Dubai-based Managing Director.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Full Profit and Loss accountability
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to meet financial objectives
  3. Maximizing business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  4. Creating and executing innovative sales strategies
  5. Managing approximately 30 staff members
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers

Language Requirements:

  • Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
  • English - Fluent / Excellent

Additional Requirements:

  • Own a car
  • Have a valid driving license

Job Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience
  • Strong business acumen and management skills
  • Solid understanding of financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
  • Experience in equipment rental in KSA is advantageous
