Job Responsibilities
- Leads the Laboratory Diagnostic organization for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with full P&L responsibility, ensuring sales growth and profitability.
- Drives strategy and business success with a focus on profitable market share growth, reagent revenue, and installed-base expansion, while optimally allocating resources across the country.
- Focuses on team development and customer relationships, manages Business Area performance, and aligns G2M strategy with Zone MEA, advancing CRM excellence (funnel, forecast, budget achievement, demand planning S&OP).
- Plans, organizes, and directs sales, marketing, and other key commercial activities in the country, with specific targets for each Business Line, to meet or exceed revenue and profit objectives sustainably. Leads key account management, contracting activities, and develops a high-performing commercial organization to effectively compete in the market.
- Manages operational performance, including product positioning, pricing strategies (PRF, OCOGS, local costs), contribution margin, SG&A, and gross profit.
- Develops processes and forecasts for marketing programs, sales incentives, and promotional activities to drive sustainable business growth.
- Coordinates cross-functional activities with business and back-office departments.
- Provides timely and comprehensive reports to Zone MEA and participates in strategic activities, supporting shared targets.
- Manages deal escalation processes and relevant approvals according to the company's Limit of Authority.
- Maintains relationships with KOLs and advisory boards within the country.
- Recruits, develops, retains, motivates, and aligns a high-performance team.
- Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the diagnostic business environment.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in driving business growth through strong partner/distributor and channel management.
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
- Experience in establishing and managing relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, KOLs, and business partners.
- Strong history of driving results and sustainable growth in Laboratory Diagnostics or related fields.
- Recent customer-facing core laboratory experience is preferred.
- Track record of achieving profitable sales growth.
- Functional knowledge of public affairs, regulatory, and medical environments for Medical/Laboratory/IVD products.
- Leadership skills in talent attraction and development.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
