JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Cost Manager (RC) to join our expanding team. As an industry leader in project management and construction, we are committed to executing innovative and sustainable solutions for our projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be key in managing and controlling project costs to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with all financial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain project cost forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
  • Collaborate with project teams to compile and analyze cost data for the execution of construction activities.
  • Assess and manage contractual risks related to cost implications.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and services providers to optimize project costs.
  • Provide guidance and support on all aspects of cost management, including cost estimations and adjustments, change orders, and claims management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure communication aligns with project goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management for construction projects, with at least 5 years in a similar role within the Middle East region.
  • Proven expertise in cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and negotiation practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
