Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost estimation and prepare tender documents for overseas project development.

• Organize cost reviews for international projects, provide cost management support during execution, mitigate operational risks, and maintain a cost database through data analysis.

• Prepare and review project budgets, payment applications, and final accounts, ensuring effective cost control, change management, and settlement for international projects.

• Specialize in energy/power sector projects (electrical, civil, construction) with expertise in engineering cost management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering cost management.

• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering, or related fields.

• Prior experience in cost estimation for overseas renewable energy projects is preferred.

• Strong cost control awareness and project management experience.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills (written & verbal).

• Proficiency in P6, MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT), CAD, and cost estimation software.

• Willingness to travel or relocate.

• Fluent English as a working language.
