# Cost Control Engineer

Job Description

We are growing and currently seeking three (3) Cost Control Engineers to join our skilled team for a project in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Join our global journey and contribute to impactful projects!

Responsibilities
  • Draft project-specific Cost Control Procedures as required by the contract.
  • Participate in preparing the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and establishing Project Cost Centers.
  • Transform the Tender Estimate into the Project's First Budget.
  • Ensure costs are properly allocated to relevant Cost Centers.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and current estimates.
  • Estimate new rates, price variations, and assess claims’ cost impacts.
  • Monitor actual project costs, analyze variances, and develop cost trends and projections using key financial metrics.
  • Prepare or support the preparation of cost reports.
  • Coordinate with project sections on cost allocation, accounting, and control matters.
  • Participate in preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience as a Cost Control Engineer in Marine projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying is an advantage.
