Job Description

We are growing and currently seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our skilled team on a project in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Participating in preparing the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and establishing Project Cost Centres.
  2. Transforming the Tender Estimate into the Project First Budget.
  3. Ensuring costs are properly allocated to relevant Cost Centres.
  4. Preparing budgets and current estimates.
  5. Estimating new rates, pricing variations, and assessing claims’ cost impact.
  6. Monitoring actual project costs, analyzing variances, and developing cost trends and projections.
  7. Preparing cost reports and maintaining records of actual cost elements.
  8. Collaborating with project sections on cost allocation, accounting, and control matters.
  9. Participating in preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learned.
Requirements
  • University degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Average 5 years of experience in Cost Control/Estimation within EPC/Heavy Industrial construction, preferably on large projects.
  • Experience with tunnels projects in KSA is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
