About the Role:
We are seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join a leading international law firm’s Riyadh office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile corporate and M&A transactions, including cross-border deals, joint ventures, and complex corporate restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and related corporate documents.
• Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations and deal execution.
• Conducting legal research and providing practical commercial advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with a recognized law degree; admission to practice an advantage.
• Experience or strong interest in corporate and M&A law, ideally with exposure to cross-border transactions.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
