Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Tax professional responsible for managing Corporate Income tax, WHT, and Zakat compliance and advisory services in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, commercial mindset, and the ability to build strong client relationships, while working closely with other service lines to drive integrated solutions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Delivery & Technical Excellence.
- Deliver high-quality tax advisory services to clients across a range of complex matters related to corporate income tax, Zakat, and withholding tax, with a strong focus on clear, accurate, and commercially relevant advice.
- Draft technically sound and well-structured tax memos, reports, and client deliverables that align with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Deliver comprehensive tax compliance services, including the preparation and review of returns and provisions for corporate income tax, Zakat, and withholding tax, in alignment with local regulations and firm quality standards.
- Lead the execution of complex tax advisory projects, ensuring that client deliverables are technically robust, commercially sound, and delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Represent the firm in direct interactions with ZATCA, managing client audits, clarification requests, and dispute resolutions professionally and strategically.
- Remain up to date with changes in Saudi tax regulations and ZATCA guidelines, and ensure these developments are reflected in client advice and internal training.
- Market Development & Thought Leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients, becoming a trusted advisor and contributing to client loyalty and retention.
- Actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and representing the firm in the market with credibility and visibility.
- Collaborate effectively with other service lines such as advisory and audit to support multidisciplinary client solutions and internal cross-selling efforts.
- Operational & People Leadership.
- Manage engagement financials, including budgeting, work-in-progress (WIP), and accounts receivable (AR), maintaining financial discipline and promoting sound billing and collection practices.
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or law (master’s preferred).
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in tax advisory, with proven experience in a Big 4 or leading consulting environment, preferably in KSA or in the GCC region.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, or government.

- Deep technical expertise in corporate tax, Zakat, and withholding tax.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience with client development and revenue growth.
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.
- Proactive, collaborative approach to working across departments.
- Fluency in English required, Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
