About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Sales Department, the Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring comprehensive coverage of their sales portfolio, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to maximize productivity. The role involves managing sales activities, executing strategies, and maintaining client accounts to meet property sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage local corporate and government accounts according to business strategies.
  • Develop and manage business travel agent accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and report threats and opportunities.
  • Provide timely reports on segment and account production and strategize accordingly.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients for various types of business.
  • Maintain files of major accounts and ensure their management system is updated.
  • Understand market dynamics, including competitors' strengths and economic trends.
  • Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored business solutions.
  • Cross-sell across the MOHG portfolio and support customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, guests, and team members.
  • Handle guest complaints and disputes effectively.
